API (Application programming interface)
A set of functions and procedures allowing the creation of applications that access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service.
Artificial intelligence (AI)
A simulation of human intelligence by machines. AI can understand, analyze and interpret data similarly to the human brain and learn based on machine learning and influx of new data. Artificial intelligence is able to detect relationships between pieces of information, formulate conclusions and make simple decisions.
Automated Outbound Dialer

Call Detail Record (CDR)

Today, this solution is outdated and is increasingly being replaced by voicebots, communicating with humans in a natural language.
RCS (Rich Communication Services)

SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer)
A protocol is an open, industry standard protocol designed to provide a flexible data communications interface.
Voicebot
An automatic voice assistant using natural language processing and talking to a human in natural language. Voicebots are used in many areas – such as customer service, recruitment and advertising.
Voice Broadcasting
A technology that allows sending pre-recorded voice messages to a large number of recipients simultaneously. It is commonly used for distributing important information, notifications, and reminders in industries like healthcare, finance, and retail.
